FOOD MILES POSTERS

The aim of this project is to raise awareness  about the benefits of buying local food. For  this purpose students from 1°ESO B and 4°ESO B/C Aplicadas have designed posters in class. They were asked to bring labels from food which had been brought to nearby supermarkets  from different countries .With the help of the webpage Foodmiles.com they have  collected information of the damage to environment caused by the transport of that food in order to encourage citizens to help the planet by eating local food.
